Bill, at some point, I would love to get my hands on some property over by the University of Scranton, but I feel like that will be further down the road.

We are picking up sfh's in mixed use and even residential zones (again on busy county roads and state hwys) and transitioning them to professional use zoning.

My boss spends 5 days a week on the road and he's in 3 different cities, on average.
