You offer the sellers something that the retail buyers don't--certainty of closing, a hassle-free transaction, speed and agility, timing...among other things that the sellers value or they wouldn't take your deal.If you aren't out there lying to the sellers or tricking them into taking your deal, you are running a prudent and honest business just like every other service provider in a capitalistic economy.

Im using Traffic Master Allure, its $1.49 regular price at HD, for the darker one, and $1.89 for the more tile look stuff i use in kitchens and baths, holds up well so far, and looks great, also its pretty easy to lay, a tape measure, speed square, and a utility knife. also a heat gun will let you pull a piece out if you have to.

I've noticed a real uptick in complaints about this lately, but that's purely anecdotal.PPCPPC, or pay-per-click online advertising, is the newer kid on the block, although it's been growing quite a bit due to some prominent adopters (notably Sean Terry, the guys at We Buy Houses, etc).PPC has two fundamental strengths: speed and objectivity.PPC is one of the fastest marketing channels there is, and it's raw speed allows you to launch into entirely new markets in around ten minutes or so.
