To further push the amount of possible cash flow I wanted to give the option of sharing rooms to lessen the cost of one room but increase my cash flow.

No one really cares about the closing time besides you the seller, and holding and closing costs can add up quickly decreasing your estimated net profit if the closing date keeps getting pushed.

The property is listed for $625,000 and I have provided the rent roll & property tax.  

So I say "vote no" to ballots in St.Paul and Mpls (agreeing with Evan's distrust of Mpls city council), then go back to the drawing board with a wider coalition willing to roll up their sleeves and work on this urgent problem!
