I was trying to keep the information as close to "high level" as possible, as many members here on BP would get a little lost if I went down the road of explaining secondary, or MI guidelines.I think we can both agree that information and knowledge is important to investors, so we can make the best strategic decisions from purchase to exit. 

But they left a few key things, and it struck me as odd, if not strategic that they didn't do these until after inspection - despite the MLS listing these items, and agreeing that all were included/to be done home before I even made an offer2) The Home inspection came up with a few more things.

My homes will be smart, have robust home networks, and be equipped with fast and reliable indoor / outdoor WiFi.So, right now I'm in the process of studying for the GC exam.

So many people want the get rich quick deal, but real estate is a slow, strategic game from my experience.

We don;t get houses trashed, our vacancy in main centres is virtually zero and the landlord laws are very robust.

In more robust markets, leveraging is far more dangerous since a long-term vacancy or some kind of casualty loss could really sink you.
