This happened to me long ago and is resolved but I wanted to get some advice on how some fellow BP folks would have handled the situation:I offered a home for sale.

Landlord Locks items must be ordered by mail but the company keeps track of what specific hardware has been ordered in the past and then will provide compatible parts. 

There is whole system of water rights and even a "water court" system that is used to resolve disputes.

Not after they moved out of the second unit.If it is a matter that needs to be resolved by a judge, then so be it.

Sometimes the tenants next door are not aware the driveway is half yours so you might want to talk to the tenants first to see if they will help resolve the problem

UPDATE: The forum issue where the forum disappears after you reply to a post was resolved this morning.

When we saw this post today (one day later) we did email him to give him a chance to retract this post but it appears that he is not interested in updating this information after we successfully (within minutes) resolved this issue.

The other stress situations are generally resolved by then.
