That seems a bit naughty to me, but, if they'll willingly subsidize you getting rich quicker - kudos!

We need to move quicker because we are losing these HUD deals.

You can build beautiful wealth with both, but you have quicker high profits with bigger investments in stocks and less work to actually do. 

With the new fracking and geological technology getting oil out of the ground is easier and quicker then ever.  

Not having to pay amortized interest means having more going to principal now which also helps pay down balances quicker as well.It's not for everyone and takes more in depth money management skills not to mention discipline.

It will be quicker process since you don't have to involve another agent; however, most Realtor would like for you to be represented, sure they like the extra commission, but not the risk of having a customer instead of a client.There is no ethic issue of skipping the buyer's agent, unless you have solicited his/her service in the deal.

You really can save yourself some aggravation if you just wait the required # of days, then serve the notice, then things will move a little quicker. 

A little more cost upfront but a quicker process.
