Providing BP doesn't go out of business, it will be interesting to look back on this in 2029 and see who was right/closest.Personally, I think it's easy to go with Florida or Texas city, but they appear to already have a lot of the near term appreciation built in to today's prices.

Rumors of a casino have been going around for about 20 years...Don't want to step on anyone's dreams but, I will believe it when I see it...Several Groups have had public forums to discuss the possibility of building a Casino, at everyone of these meetings Everyone seemed to be in agreement that it would be a good idea to boost the local economy and provide much needed jobs to the area,  but then the county steps in and the whole project gets put on the back burner and we wait until the next round...

the owner would typically pay the commissions on a commercial lease; however, an option to renew is an option to renew. it just gets renewed. there is no new lease, no new leasing agents, none of that. it sounds like they aren't exercising their option to renew. they are essentially letting the existing lease expire and negotiating a new one. my response would be - we either renew as is as provided under the existing lease please plan on vacating as we'll start marketing. it is possible that we may come to terms on a new lease but no guarantees.....
