Besides the fact that I've only gotten one Vrbo booking for this summer, when most of my bookings used to be through Vrbo, has caused me to completely question this company's competence.  

What are you doing so grossly negligent that your insurance company would not cover an insurance claim on ?

Also, should I print out mailers or hire a company?

They have picked the best companies to integrate with and we haven't had any issues! 

Most of the time in a larger title company the management has a great person that may answer any of your questions to get your business. 

We got it through our wholesale company ..

I can't really speak to the insurance, but I'm sure an umbrella policy will cover most items.

18% is pretty arbitrary without knowing the actual cost of the policy and therefore savings vs. potential repair costs.
