Obviously, we did a virtual tour but that doesn't really help with getting a look/feel for the neighborhood.When we arrived I was a bit shocked.

My calculation on the taxes appears to be ~$33K, so I was a bit shocked, but then with my losses carried forward over all these years (~$25K, it appears I should be able to deduct them from the $33K.

and god forbid a Personal financial statement and or copies of tax returns.. having done HML for 30 years you would be shocked .. you can't read a book by the cover.. the 3k suit guy has terrible everything the guy in jeans and T shirt is great..

But this could send shock waves through the real estate market as inventory could plummet.

I have been pleasantly surprised with Realty Mogul and their consistency as well as their technology.

Shocking that the BIG GOVERNMENT will allow electricians to install high voltage wiring, but not allow them to install cable lines.

I've only been in real estate a year, but have been shocked at what people pay for such subpar work.

And Im sure it wont shock you to learn that she got pregnant second semester and dropped out. 

It's by far been a much more pleasant experience than Landlording.
