You would ask your attorney to transfer the title over to the LLC.As for your tax question, currently an LLC can be treated as either a partnership or a corporation.

Matt,I am speaking to marketing, when the lead comes in they need to be set up for multiple campaigns and alerts, I am speaking to several things:new similar listingschanges on the properties showed(price, sold..etc)market reports for potential sellers, which would give prospect insight on what their property is worth All of this data is in MLS and it would require lots of manual work to compile data like that on regular basesFrom what I understand all of this can be set up in Top Producer, so these campaigns and alerts are triggered automatically.Let me know if that makes sense
