Between mortgages, insurance, utilities, and payroll for MY employees (who I’ll pay regardless of if they can come in) I can’t just give bob and sally free or discounted rentif just 10% of the rent is lost over a few months that would cost me $1/2 million we’ve made it clear to tenanants that rent will still be due so long as my payments to lenders, insurance, taxes, and the rest are dueotherwise where do people who are calling for “no rent” think that $ is coming from?
