Numerous wall sections had to be cut to access the broken pipes, and then the broken pipe sections were cut out and rebuilt.

That is a really nice feature that I wasn't aware of.

I can't speak from experience but there are numerous forums and YouTube videos of real estate investors talking about Property Management.

Also is a decent looking design feature if done right.
