I'm noticing several of these homes have been built between the years 1900-1930.

I am in the process of closing on a duplex and I am reviewing the home Appraisals and notice that living space square footage is 1809 sqft and not 2263 sqft as listed (454 sqft less).

Both have been given non renewal notices and are due to move out at the end of this month both are saying they can’t find another rental and want to stay.

depends on the state but they need a 30day notice in most states.
