One morning I walked in to take care of business and noticed the toilet paper had been shreeded on the roll.

I want to live at the Beach and get up in the morning and work casually at something I love (RE) and be with my significant other.

If I need to fund out of that account, I will get a cashier's check from another bank (my preferred bank) and deposit it the morning of the closing in the small, local bank.

Still not something I enjoyed smelling every morning, but didn't damage the property and the scent didn't linger once they left.Good to know cooking oil/etc. damage isn't normal wear and tear.
