Hello, I have a condo and a 3 flat that i recently purchased but in the recent months more properties have come on the market that I see get value in purchasing and keeping them in my portfolio but the only thing that’s stopping me from making the purchases is the money issue.

Would love everyone else’s thoughts on how you think an inspector can utilize their skills to grow an investment portfolio.

We are going to have a property manager and projected cash flow is good.   

Also, do you happen to know of any property management companies in our area that specialize in mid-term rentals?
