Looking to rent it out as storage for additional income, but I need to secure it with doors first so it can be locked.

I would like to turn this initially into short term rental area by placing a door on the stairs that can be locked from the top side, and converting the bar to a kitchenette.   

Got hooked on meth, lost 70 pounds, lost her 5 year old son, changed my locks, cops calling me, tenants near her wanting to move and first time in 12 years I had to hire a lawyer to evict. 

In the hood they lock them in the basement to live in their own poo.

I can coordinate one - Lock 15 Brewery has a big outdoor space that we can reserve I believe!

I expect my money to earn it's keep which it can never do locked up in real estate.I will not stop till I sell everything which I plan on doing in the next few years.
