I finally started to listen to those that were saying house hacking is a good start, so we started making some appointments to check out multi family homes in our area.

Whatever they do in life, they are awake to the presence of talent, they are are always listening for the voices of bright people.

The interest came from listening to several people on the BiggerPockets podcast and forums telling their story about discovering passive income and how they have reached financial freedom from real estate investing.

I'm just starting off my adventure so I'm here to learn for the most part.I have been listening to the Podcast A lot lately and its keep the motivational juices flowing.

I know from another thread that there is a handful of others here, who are BP listeners.

Whenever someone doesn't have it there is a follow-up of some interesting stories I'll listen to if I have time but it is more for amusement. 

I find myself gaining lots of knowledge in the space through reading books and of course listening to the BP podcast!
