Some people have taken their paychecks to the casino and hit it big. 

Saying your tenant is paying the interest on your mortgage is like saying you can gamble at the casino when you’re ahead because you’re playing with the houses money.

There is an ever growing hospital, another stable hospital, casino, aviation business, manafacturing facilities... you name it.

Is the site legit?

I believe I have a better 'approach' than this "buy -n- hold" mentality that remains almost entirely beholden to whims of a highly controlled and regulated "casino play..." just like the rest of their "what goes UP, must come down, roller coaster" games.

Fix the legit issues but also offer them the "happy clause"

So if you have a cousin you trust in a specific city and he/she is helpful when you need him/her it's worth its weight in gold (I have family in the markets in invest in and I'll be moving to the East Coast when I buy my first 'legit' apartment building).Through managing you will not only learn but you'll realize what you like and don't like.

Hi Walter,Asking a more specific question might give you a better answer.Such as high end rentals, market rate rentals, section-8 rentals, etc…As well as specifying a property class.For instance if you ask what’s a good Casino to stay at, I like staying at the Wynn, but others might like staying at the Budget Suites.Just asking what’s a good casino to stay at in Las Vegas without any other specifics, will get you a whole range of answers.Good Luck!

Provided if the company is legit, what are the things that I should watch out for compare to regular rental to individuals?  

it's not the influence thing that i care about....let me try to get away from the whole influence point system...it's more about helping people, and also about vetting new colleagues in business...when a newbie asks to be your colleague, nick, they undoubtedly see your profile and your voting history on that profle...that doesn't tell them much about you as a real estate investor...it would be more compelling to have the links where people voted for your posts, on your profile..then they could see that you seem legit and know a little about real estate, and also be pointed direclty to these posts of yours (through the links) where you had some good things to say...it'd be your hall of fame of posts lol
