Which would net me a loss of about 200 dollars a month.Or I could sell the property and basically after realtor costs and prepayment penalty I'd be pretty close to breaking even after spending 10,000$ on a downpayment last year.I am actually moving back home with family so I will not be paying rent and I can handle paying a 200$ loss for the time being but I was thinking I will keep my eye out for a Rental Investment Property down home and when I see one I can "transfer or port the mortgage".

You could also look into doing a 1031 exchange or sell your note off for enough to buy the property you have your eyes on.

I've done a little research in Mesa as well as I've been eyeing the market there and have found that it's still possible to find deals where the used homes are below replacement value as well.

It's not that I'm predicting a crash anytime soon, but I was hoping to find some data to keep an eye on to know when to sit on the sidelines. right now, I'm using case shiller indexes of affordability, but was hoping to see if there were better indicators.Thanks in advance.
