That same analogy can be use with finding a plumber, listening to music, the pants we wear, or just about anything really.  

I'd just put them all in one LLCEx 2: 20 units, 2 single-family, 2 fourplexes, and a 10-unit apartment.

I use Advanta IRA and have been happy with the level of service that they provide.

Gratitude overflows for me, as this group got me launched 5 years ago into the world of hosting vs landlording.
