Josh,One thing in the former layout that is missing from this new layout is the highlighting of vote totals for posts that had hit certain vote levels.

Verify the identity of the previous PM (reverse phone number lookup, Internet search, etc), call them, and ask as many questions as you can before they hang up on you.Most importantly, you want to know if they stayed current on their rent, if there were any complaints about them, and whether they left the property in good condition.

Most option contracts floating around the internet are not worth the paper their written on.

If you want it to be a meaningful source of information for people to find you organically over the internet - that's a massive project.
