I've googled it on the internet and all I get are how realtors write the offers, make a nice letter etc, but I am concerned with the nuts & bolts of what I need to put in the offer for protections etc. 

It is very doable, but I would concentrate on building your savings and making smart finical decisions until you advance in rank so you can get that BAH which is crucial in my opinion since that basically doubles your income.

There are spaces to fill and I would concentrate on that first.

All you have to do is locate it somewhere in the unit that is reasonably secure.If you are planning to DIY it, find an internet service provider and let them have cable (or satellite) installed.

You are asking for guidance and counsel from a bunch of people on a real estate blog on the internet.

However, reading on the internet, it seems like vertical cracks are very common and most homes have 1-3 after a few years post-construction (T/F?).
