That is mortgage fraud. 

To be honest the main reason I put my properties in a LLC was because it adds a layer of protection for my identity.

Using a different address is insurance fraud.

I've seen properties literally sell in mere days for double what an identical property two blocks away may have been priced at and not sold for months, just because one property was on a "better block" than others. 

Auditors take the same approach, is it going to be worth the effort to continue an audit, is there fraud, violations of law.......the hunt has to be worth the benefits of the kill. :) 

Is it in identical condition as the others in the area?

In other words, you or one of your partners could be required to disclose your individual identity in connection with state or local filings.

However, it's a block away from the metro and in a very walkable area.There's an identical layout a few doors down, which was converted to a duplex years ago.

Every property has it's own identity, deed, operating agreement, expense, etc. so tagging it as an LLC is not a big deal.  

We led with that detail about our identity as lesbians because we want to build a gay-friendly team and avoid any friction in this area down the road.
