Having learnt the game from SFR, I am preparing myself to offer and invest in mutifamily properties so I can achieve some scale and cash flow.

Looking to break into the investing game with some fix and flips.

I have everything tracked through a project manager software... here’s the numbers and my question.

So cash flow is the game there.

We’re just getting started into the game and we feel like Atlanta is a better place for us to get started.

@Skye AndersonAs has been said, depending on your locale, everything is fair game to be stolen.

Once you can get more specific with what your long-term goals/strategies are, the more efficient your investments will be....also, you'll sleep better and be able to more accurately assess where you're at in the investment game!

Games like this make me angry.
