you really don't provide much info but in a nutshell it is possible to structure a contract for tenants to stay or not. all depends on the end game which you never mentioned.

Also, keep in mind, it's a numbers game, so can't expect to get something going with 1, or a few prospects.When I started targeting this niche, I was compiling 80-100 leads on fire damaged properties in NYC every month.

I remember a lesson from my good friend while playing my favorite strategy game "Go" years ago.
