Chop some of the buildings into 25/15 depths. 

Be sure you are comparing apples to apples when others are quoting you a specific cash return number.I hope this is helpful, and I'm glad to get on the phone and chat in more depth.

Otherwise, maybe there are crowdfunding platforms where you do not need to be accredited to put money into, but I would NOT recommend those to a newbie without the knowledge or experience to perform in depth due dilligence on those deals ... not trying to be any way insulting with that comment, it is just the reality that I do not believe that they are appropriate for new investors.

I have never heard anyone discuss it with any amount of depth. 

There is definitely some of the same info between the bootcamp and the podcast, but I still think the bootcamp was worth it since it went into far more depth on many subjects.

Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss.2.
