I helped from the dirt up, building, investors, furniture etc… Each “suite” was furnished and included utilities. 

Either way I am furnished and ready to go.

Also, since the property is sold furnished, you probably don't need to spend that much on furnishing.

Hi James, I don't have expertise in Waco but recommend checking out/posting on Furnished Finder, VRBO and Airbnb (30 + day stays), and Facebook groups to determine pricing and try and find MTR tenants.

@Don Harris Great to hear from the guests' perspective, I'll check them out as well.The next thing is so furnish a 3 bedroom house from scratch.

Of course there are the non regular expenses, furnishings, small repairs, septic needs to be pumped maybe once per year.
