What do you plan to do when you hit the cap on days rented?

Hello, I know this can be a very touchy subject due to fair housing laws but I just bought a property and one of the tenants wants to move to another floor and use RAFT, now I know I cannot deny them housing due to RAFT alone but they are applying because they told me they cannot come up with first last and security, I know RAFT will cover that but I am wondering what downsides are there for instance can RAFT enforce rent control or is it even more difficult to evict people who have applied.

Start with a small plan and work from there.

So either AirBnB thinks the new law doesn't apply to the cleaning fee, or they're still planning to do the same with that before July 1.In any case, it appears hosts will still be able to configure whatever fees they like for cleaning, pets, extra guests, whatever. 

From my perspective I would plan for more than 4 months for rehab and sale of the property.

Hi Alex - I think targeting smaller units like 1/2 beds if you're planning to target travel nurses makes the most sense. 

But, I really need to nail down a plan the is attainable and executable.

I understand that these plans are for self-employed individuals or those running a side business of some kind.
