I’m a bit stuck on trying to decide how to move forward with this question that must be on everyone’s mind… What’s the estimated benefit/loss when deciding to pay down a mortgage on a property versus saving that extra money to reinvest in another property?

Great way to buy a fixer upper house hack, but certainly comes with some extra challenges! 

Getting credit under an LLC is usually more difficult and more expensive.

Usually, you have to be a broker or agent.Regarding insurance, you have two choices:1) Get your own master policy and add your clients to it.2) Have your clients get their own insurance and add you as additionally insured.

It just makes sense to keep the back up income to pay my health insurance or those extra little expenses while I can.

I understand there are classifications of zip codes/neighborhoods to Classes A/B/C etc -I was told that usually classes A/B make more on appreciation, but barely cash flow (especially with the current interest rates), and that in C classes, you can generate some cash flow.

(I don’t usually include specific recommendations in forum posts in case my feelings or willingness to recommend anyone in particular changes over time - which has happened.)

We're trying to fit a bathroom here because it's the one part of the house that has some extra space that isn't being utilized, and yes, limiting renovation.

I think a family has at least 2 cars, which means they may want to park 1 car outside since usually, it's tight to fit two cars in a 2-car garage.
