Now, I find myself turning down beers with the fellas to stay home, in order to save money to bring me closer to my dream of financial freedom.

B class rental) decent- nice area of town, somewhere you can walk around at night and not be afraid, working class tenants (see upper middle-middle class), decent schools.C class rental) somewhere that is usually on the way up or on the way down, solid middle class tenants, safe during the day possibly iffy at night, not a terrible place to live but its definitely not anyones dream home/areaD class rental) warzone, iffy walking alone during the day and definitely not at night, empty properties are likely to be broken into or vandalized, people here are barely making it, quality of schools isn't even a thought. 

This is for personal motivation but may encourage others   I am not money-hungry but I do hunger for new challenges and experiences   I am no stranger to sacrifice and discomfort   I believe to have a fair balance of personal desires/dreams and compassion and empathy   I do not jump in.

What better way to know you've given back than to know you kept someone from being cheated out of their money by helping them build a viable business that helps them achieve their dreams??

OK...I have been DREAMING about flipping a property for years now and I am ready to make it a reality. 

We've got to dream up six months worth of renovations that add value to the home.... there are a LOT of other nuances at play, too.

And now you want to give this all up for chasing some real estate investing dream that every high school graduate who can spell Wholesale (and many who cant even do that) is also chasing?

It's a tall order, but if I want big, I've got to dream big' plan big' GO GET BIG! 

So, I look forward to digging deep for my dreams by lifting you up to reach your own!
