That's all I currently use it for, although there's many other features I'm not taking advantage of solely because I haven't had time to look into them more.

I don't want top notch luxury features in a rental.

I can also use it for comps, which is great.They have other features, too. 

During the recession I got most of my buys by using the auction.com "make an offer" feature before the auction.

Ok so if I'm running comps and I come across a property where there's only 1 or 2 comps that have the exact same number of features as the property I'm looking to wholesale, but there are a few that are close but different by one feature (say, an extra half/whole bathroom or an extra bedroom) would it be possible to include these in the comps and adjust the numbers so they match the property i'm trying to wholesale? 

Listing on ebay produced dismal results as it was featured on page 19!
