I think that property owners of any description need to rigidly defend private property rights.I get that local residents might be priced out of the market, but the solution is for them to move to an area that they can afford.

Are you sure these are not the condos in Northern Boulder that have "CITY OF BOULDER PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE HOUSING" in the description.
