I'm interested in finding a Real Estate Agent local to Lewis County, WA that can speak to zoning laws and has the ability to find to 5+ acres (or possibly a cabin on 5+ acres) with a great view.

I hope that makes sense how I am describing this. 

Of course, keep in mind that there are costs to fixing up the property, costs to travel to view the property, and when you refinance your monthly mortgage payment will go up a little bit due to the higher loan amount, but overall this strategy is an excellent one.

Your other question describes what we call a "rent-a-broker".

It's not like the agent is personally viewing all these properties in advance, so it's not much work on their part initially.

And if you train your ears to listen for all the many clues a Seller will give you (a couple of which I described in #1 and #2 above), you’ll find that the Seller often opens the door to Seller Financing, and is practically asking you to walk through it.You Can Do It!
