I had all taxes up to date at closing. 

I would highly recommend not only meeting with the broker but also talking with fellow agents and see what they have discovered.

Every time I fill out one for a bank(which never has enough room for real estate) I tell myself that I need to have a spreadsheet that's always ready and up to date.

They usually send it, but even if they don't, I just enter their names and dates in the system, and the guards seem to let them through so far.
