Hello Micheal, I recently returned to the Upstate after serving in the Air Force for 25 years.

In my experience, little nocturnal creatures will find any access to a cozy space to nest, not necessarily running all over, until there is a lot of them, I suppose. 

I am looking at several pieces of land in the Brentwood/ Bel Air area in southern CA.
