the note buyer would most likely want you to convert your contract for deed to a deed fo trust/mortgage....they don't want the propety in your name...also, when i sell on contract for deed, my attorney puts a lien on the property for the property buyer, so that i can't refinance and walk away, or sell from under them....have you talked to an attorney?
