Anyone care to weigh in? 

I am San Diego native, and still resident, and have returned to the San Diego market.

It’s owned by a dissolved LLC in care of him.

Now you have a perfect opportunity to buy with 3.5% down as your primary residence.

I truly have never had a noise complaints at any residence I have ever lived at so it’s concerning to me.

What is child care for an infant cost in your area? 

I hired an online bookkeeper to take care of that for me.

When you list a property for sale you usually don't care who buys it - just give me top dollar.  

so really I didn't care what it looked like after I left, because the immediate benefit to my personal finances and wealth happened while I was living there.Two years later we had an opportunity to move to another area of town that came up unexpectedly and at that point I ran the numbers and the rent appreciations made it easy for us to make that move.  

Our current residents who are AWESOME (rent always on time, take great care of property) now have a situation where the downstairs roommate is moving out but the upstairs group wants to stay (lease is up July 1).
