It had multiple families living in it when I purchased it: full of trash, furniture and decomposing food in fridge.

It's like vegan food; just because it's vegan doesn't necessarily mean it's healthy - a pile of sugar is vegan, too.

The idea being, that I can build 10 or so food stalls and simply charge rent to the tenants vs being concerned with running a restaurant.

Old lots that may not be big enough for new city requires reguarding structure size or lot size.Not to discourage you, but to give you food for thought that it is not an easy business.Good luck

As you move farther down the food chain, the people act worse.

You don't have a vehicle but can temporarily borrow one every other day temporarily (so no uber or food delivery).

=========If they are seeing these guys (pic below), they are not rats, they are possums.They sleep in the trees and will go under houses to eat their favorite food--cockroaches (or cat food if they can find it).They roll up in a ball and play dead sometimes...but have sharp teeth, and are not a pet--just a part of San Antonio wildlife like a squirrel or the birds.The cats leave them alone and will share food with them.I've not known of any who burrowed into a house like a rat to get food--they eat bugs..Good Luck!
