I'd say it's the most bubble-prone place in Northern California right now, and the high prices means it costs a lot just to play and get your feet wet.

It could be a decent appreciation play if you guess right, but if you buy after its announced you might be buying into a mini-bubble.

Hi, I am an interior designer who has been on HGTV and have staging packages starting at $500/month (minimum 2 months) that includes furnishing a master bedroom, livingroom, dining room, breakfast area, spare room, kitchen, and master bath.

I would not personally pay a local architect to design buildings when the kits will cost less, erect more quickly and make your live immeasurably easier.  

As an utterly new "investor" building my information pool, and seeing a few things that make me see bubbles right now.
