For every 100 texts we send through lead Sherpa 60 get skipped(On their DNC list) and of the 40 left only 70-75% is being delivered due to carrier block etc.

I raised the rent by 15% then got a letter from tenant's lawyer that I had not notified tenants by August 2020 that property was exempt from AB1482 and therefore can't raise the rent that much.
