Prices are at the 2007 high, there is one for sale for $130,000 2 bed, 2.5 bath, with basement, move in ready.

We are in the starter home single family, 2-3 bed, 1-2 bath focus.

I saw a muti family house (4- 2 bed, 1 bath) for around 310k and is currently being rented for 1500 a unit, equalling 6k.

pictures of the propertysingle-family home(3 bed,1 bath) approx. 1131 sq ft. no electricity or water connected but can be easily reconnected,city sewage is connected.. 0.14 acre lot size taxes are about $600 per year and asking price is $7000..I have not gotten an estimate on what the repairs might cost for a complete rehab and thats where ya'll might come in..thanks for any info

Other than the occasional short term lease with a gas company I have never heard of anyone getting more than about $750 in The Castle, and that is for like a 4 bed 2.5 bath >2,500 Sqft house on the Hill.Where is the house and what is it like?
