@Reinaldo Giudici Finding deals in the lower price range is difficult to find here in CA and are  even more difficult especially in the Sacramento region.

If your walls are properly insulated for the region the property is in then your pipes should not be freezing.

I have been reading your many comments and i like your region too for what I want to achieve.

Additions are very region specific because a new addition will cost $175-250 a sq/ft to do... so if your area homes sell for that much per sq/ft then it would be worth it.
