I've heard him talk on many occasions at our local REIA, and seen actual case studies of the deals that he completes (not just teaches.)While BiggerPockets provides excellent information that you can implement and be successful, some people just need that added support system of a coach. 

Unfortunately I moved away to Las Vegas after 2009 auction and haven't been back.

When I first joined BP I ran a legitimate coaching company called The Entrepreneur's Incubator.  

I guess it would be a good thing I know the coach and could easily make them suffer by running or any other punishment.

Love the jotform idea @Brian Gibbons  (Brian is an expert at coaching on lease options, BTW...)I wonder if @John Jackson is lurking around here right now - he has some great strategies for building up a pool of qualified lease option buyers.... you out there John?

And Vegas is no place and no way for humans to live.So my prediction for the future is that there will be many places like Celebration, Florida, only without the same degree of rigid central planning.  

I've been researching and going to a few REIA's, auctions, and meetups and found only other newbies and people trying to be my "coach".I haven't found anyone who actually makes a living through assigning properties. 

Hi @William Sutton I coach lease option assignments, sandwiches, sub2, wraps and installment sales, on the buying side.Lease 2 own  and lease with right of first refusal on the exit.Doing virtual lease option assignments and sandwiches in florida is not a good idea unless you are licensed.I know this for a fact, Ron LeGrand says this, unles you have a licensed broker as a Corp officer.Florida is very strict.Are you doing Joe Crumps program?

There is nothing wrong with paying for coaching.
