I’m in Southern California I’m trying to buy re gal properties I’m looking for help or tips on what to do or look for when buying properties to be possible rentals I have 600K in pre approval but when looking at properties what should I look for?!

Hi folks, I recently made the big decision to start my journey in real estate and purchased a 2 unit home in southern California to house hack.

Lake areas and southern utah are about 40% AirBNB full service management fees. 

I am only familiar with Southern California markets, if that's the market you are in let me know and let's discuss further. 

Outdoor living includes a southern exposure, screened-in pool area with covered lanai, heated salt-water pool/spa, and is fully fenced in with mature landscaping for added privacy.

I would say especially with Station North and Old Goucher which is more southern Charles Village area between Charles and Calvert are though even there Charles in parts  is questionable. 

The Denver Metro area home prices are a bit out of reach for me right now, so we are thinking of the northern or southern areas outside of Denver. 

I have been interviewing modular builders in southern California and across the country who serve southern California.
