If you dig deep in the fine print you pledge your personal assets like your primary in the fine print. 

While most users simply keep the data online,  applications and screening reports are printable (some landlords will physically print these for paper records).  

Having a hard time finding a good place where I can get them printed, not really sure how that process works..any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Everything is online, there are no books but all resources are provided in PDF versions so you can download and print them off if you'd like.

Do I wait for the new buyers title company to reach me or is there a specific form I can print and get it over with?

Also letting more people come into the cities is not helping dislocation with prices.... inventory low and rents will head higher in most cities.... 31.8 TRILLION printing more money, cannot print houses can you?

Of course, an accountant/CPA can explain this far better than I could The way he worded it you can't deduct mileage from your side business at all if you have a w2 job.I question this, but he has always know his stuff.He had a full page letter printed just on this so he meant for everyone to know this .
