The way i am doing this is , i am networking with people on bigger pockets and will partner with them as they will be on the ground to take care of any issues that arise.

I would scan the bigger pocket for keywords in your area and understand the people working in your area.  

One thing I love about bigger pockets, is that we can network with people that are on his level.  

Both you and your tenant are playing games.

I think what U learned is there is no get quick rich schemes out there and real estate unless your going to work it full time as a broker is a looooong game.. now some do ok pimping it..

I’ll be in the area for awhile Josh and don’t plan on letting my real estate game slow down.

I guess I started more motivated as I began listening to bigger pockets and audiobooks this last spring.

So although they quoted me 90% of purchase/rehab, they only do 75% of those ARV, so I come out of pocket for the difference in those scenarios.
