I do think that turnkey providers occasionally have inventory in areas that have more tailwind than headwind, regardless of A, B, C, but they're far and few between in a sellers market (in a buyers market it's different.)  

In between, there is occasionally time to look at deals.

They have occasional meet ups.

I continue to be a rehabber at heart but still wholesale or wholetale occasionally.

But.. the 80/20 Subprime (and long gone) Home Loans would occasionally allow you to make interest only for the first seven years.

Those numbers sound a bit bloated.

A good point to take away from @Colleen F. is that depending on the type of deal and age of property you might need to spend a chunk of time there occasionally handling larger capital improvement projects.

His 2 brothers were roofing contractors, and he would occasionally help them.
