So when searching for comps would you like to see less than 5% of the data available?

I see that you have worked in the industry for a long period of time, besides your amazing analysis do you have any data that you can provide to the discourse pertaining to what % of people actually have issues with clouded title?

I was able to find the tenant data going back over 7 years, so we get maximum points allowed in the lottery. 

Again I have explained this to my agent, I also explain to her about my thoughts on the economy, real estate and data that’s happening in the market.

Unfortunately I don't think there is an automated thing on Redfin or Zillow that tells you HOA requirements, many HOAs are small and behind the times on getting that data out there.
