I am completely anti fire on our property and beach.

Less expensive than Newport Beach lol.

My name is Joe and I currently live in Stuart, FL although I frequently visit the Orlando and West Palm Beach areas. 

It has a major airport, lots of sports/activities, drivable to a beach or mountain on a Friday afternoon, strong rental and real estate market.

Does a more desirable neighborhood come into play when underwriting sees its a smaller home but less then a mile from the beach?

Hi all,I am looking to buy an investment property in Florida close to the beach, but with no private pool.

It’s a small company based out of Virginia Beach where I just hang my license and work as “referrals only” otherwise so I’m not paying company dues for leads, swag, etc. but I still make a 100% commission on my sales.

My sister lives out of state and has a couple of rental properties. She unintentionally let her insurance policy lapse and would like to add it back but her agent said her company is not writing new business right now...

I have family who have many vacation rental properties in the Myrtle Beach area (condos), and they shared some information with me about the success of their ventures thus far.
