I went through an eviction (going all the way to court), how to handle late payments, how to screen better (after my eviction), what kind of complaints you get, etc.

It wasn't clear to me from the way you phrased it, and it's also kind of odd that you heard this info from a neighbor. 

We have been learning a lot about the kind of investors we want to be and what kind we defineltly don’t want to be.
